Free repair under warranty
We offer a one-year warranty on jewelry purchased from CLIC by Suzanne, effective from the date of purchase, upon presentation of a valid receipt (e.g., from a jeweler or a confirmation email).
This warranty covers all manufacturing defects occurring within one year of purchase. It does not cover broken pins, bent necklace wires, or damage caused by improper use. Furthermore, we ask that you do not repair the product yourself, as this will also void the warranty.

If, after inspection, it turns out that the defect in your jewelry is covered by the warranty, we will of course reimburse the shipping costs.

*Magnets that have been manually installed by a customer must be burned out. Therefore, this is not covered by the warranty.
You can use our repair form if you decide to repair your CLIC jewelry.
For an accurate quote, we must first inspect the jewelry. All shipping costs are your responsibility. After receiving the jewelry, we will email you a quote. Once you approve it, we will begin the repair.
If you have any other questions, please feel free to contact us for personalized advice. We can polish and matt-finish almost any jewelry to near-new condition in our workshop.
